The World Safety Organization (WSO) Office in Iran, in collaboration with Payesh System Mehr Engineering Company, a member of the Caspian Group, plans to hold the second Educational-Attitudinal Bootcamp on Environment, Health, and Safety, specifically for HSE managers and directors, HR managers and experts, auditors, and management system specialists, with the following core themes. The goal is to shift perspectives through “Management By Attitude” and to share global knowledge and experiences. The bootcamp will take place from May 6 to 10, 2024, on the beautiful Kish Island:
1. Emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, and 5th generation technology in HSE
2. Comprehensive health model and Personalized Medicine and Health
3. The necessity of quality tools in HSE data analysis and an overview of Big Data management principles
4. Incident investigation and learning processes, principles of preventing major and unfortunate events (SIP)
5. Review of the ISRS + BSC + VPP model as an HSE compass and development of Sustainability reports
6. HSE risk management architecture based on ISO 31010 and ISO 17776
7. Strategic HSE management with a focus on the ISSA Vision Zero program
8. Principles of inherently safe design and prevention through design
9. Behavior Design, safety culture, and BBS
10. Review of human resource management, financial management, industrial psychology, and productivity principles with an emphasis on HSE
