PSM Deployment Project at Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex, Leaching Department

The Process Safety Management (PSM) deployment project at the Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex, Leaching Department, is a key approach to identifying, assessing, and controlling hazards associated with industrial chemical processes. This project was designed and implemented based on OSHA standards and CCPS guidelines to improve safety and reduce risks related to leaching operations.

Project Objectives:

Process hazard identification and assessment: Identifying hazardous points and assessing risks in the leaching process.
Developing safety solutions: Designing and implementing effective solutions to reduce risks and improve safety.
Employee training and empowerment: Training employees in process safety management and raising their awareness.
